Natalie D. Lamberton, MBA/MHA,

Natalie Lamberton is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in CEO and COO roles at rural, urban, and suburban hospitals. Specializing in hospital operations, survey readiness, construction and licensure of new and renovated facilities, leadership development, and community relations, Natalie has successfully led organizations through transformation and growth.
As the Leading Principal at NDL Holdings, Natalie mentors the next generation of healthcare leaders, lecturing at health administration graduate programs nationwide. She is the author of “Rebounding from Stressful Situations” in Healthcare Executive Magazine (July 2022) and coauthor of The Emerging Healthcare Leader: A Field Guide, published by ACHE’s Health Administration Press.
Board certified as an ACHE Fellow, Natalie also serves as lead faculty for the ACHE Executive Program and Virtual Leadership Development Program. Her wealth of experience and expertise in organizational development significantly contributes to Brina Medical’s Advisory Board as we expand our national and international presence.
Philip L. Hardison

With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to generate business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and penetrate new markets, Philip has made a significant impact across various sectors.
Philip is recognized for his expertise in sales, management, and business leadership, particularly as a financial change agent who fosters strong client relationships and executes team-driven process improvements. He also has extensive experience in securing multi-million-dollar GPO and IDN contracts.
Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington and an advanced certification in Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery from Spinal Concepts and NuVasive. He brings over a decade of experience in respiratory therapy and neuroscience management. Philip is also a Board Member of Divine Presence Foundation, where he leverages his extensive medical knowledge and leadership experience to guide strategic initiatives.

Darren Yule is an experienced Audit Partner with over 25 years of diversified international experience, including 10 years at the partner level. He has worked across the UK and Middle East markets within Big 4 practices, leading audits for organizations ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to U.S. public companies.
With extensive industry experience, Darren has served clients in healthcare, manufacturing, oil and gas, and financial services sectors, providing invaluable insights into complex operations. His expertise extends to executive management and board governance, and he regularly conducts training for current and aspiring board members.
In addition to his work in audit and financial accounting advisory, Darren has been involved in financial due diligence, management buy-outs, debt raising, and carve-out transactions. As a member of Brina Medical’s Advisory Board, Darren brings critical strategic insights and governance support to help drive our global expansion and enhance business operations across new markets.

His strategic leadership in expanding innovative distribution networks has unlocked multi-million-dollar revenue streams, solidifying the company’s leadership in the healthcare sector.
Previously, as CEO of Corium Health, David led the global expansion of the Microskin brand, now distributed in over 27 countries worldwide. His proficiency in negotiation, supply chain optimization, and data-driven strategies has consistently accelerated business growth.
